• NEET- UG 2024  Admit card and Score card.

• Photo

• Signature

• Class X Mark Sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet).

• Class XI Mark Sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet).

• H.S.C. Mark sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet)

• +2 (HSC) Transfer Certificate.

• Nativity certificate 

• Permanent Community Certificate Card.

• Birth Certificate of the Candidate.

• Parent's Nativity Proof (TC, Aadhaar, Ration Card)

• First Graduation Certificate   (If applicable)

• Certificate for proof of study from VI Std. to XII Std for the candidates who have studied completely in Tamil Nadu.

• Bonafide Certificate from Chief Education Officer is mandatory to the candidates who have studied VI Std. to XII Std in Tamil Nadu Government School for 7.5% Special Reservation as mentioned in Annexure -II.

• Income Certificate of parent for the candidates claiming fee exemption. (SC, ST Only)

Councelling is conducted through Online Mode only.
